The Uncanny title has the X-men relocated the welcoming arms of San Francisco and opening a mutant sanctuary. It cool to see all the side characters (New Mutants etc) in the panels and they even call them into action. Also, Beast is assembling a group to try to turn the X-gene back on. I plowing into X-factor next.

Shut up Patrick, I'll do it when I'm ready.
So I've been reading a lot of titles lately. First off I just blew through the New X-men Childhood's End run of 5 books and they were a solid read. It would have been better if I cared about the throw away characters a bit more...but suddenly in the last book I did! Up next, I re-read the Messiah Complex story and it held up, it was still the best X event so far. One of the only times that the none X-men/Uncanny books really fit into the story. After that, plowed my way through both Uncanny and Legacy from the Complex point on. Again, both were really solid reads and the main reason I liked them so much is that it was completely different from what they've been doing in X-men for years. No longer are they hanging out in the x-mansion waiting to be attacked. Legacy deals with Xaiver's quest to regain all his memories and to try and put some of his mistakes right. It also has Gambit and Rogue, with Rogue doing something similar to Xaiver.
